Brian is the founder and managing director of Ring Street Health, a Vienna-based studio working across geographies with providers, hospitals, and institutions in health systems where pressure forces early innovation. The studio focuses on contexts shaped by environmental, demographic, or systemic strain—places where existing models are no longer sufficient, and where new approaches to care must be built within real constraints.

The studio reflects the evolution of Brian’s work as a founder, educator, and advisor, and serves as the primary vehicle through which he engages in health care creation today—drawing on lessons from scaling a national health care company, teaching and writing at Harvard University, and working across health systems and geographies.
